Frequently Asked Questions
If you have a question for us, be sure to look in here to see if we’ve already answered it.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We are available to meet with you and your dog any day of the week you need us between 5 am and 11 pm. However, usually only answer our phones and respond to mail between 8 am and 5 pm M-F.
Q: Do you board dogs?
A: Yes we do. However, since we are just starting our, our space is limited. So we are only capable of taking in maximum two dogs. We are hopefull this will change in the future.
Q: Are there any dog breeds you do not accept?
A: The short answer is no! We do not discriminate against breeds. However, we have an open crate policy here, so all dogs that stay and walk with us must be friendly with other animals. Dogs that exhibit aggression toward other animals or people will not be accepted at this time.
Q: Can you provide more strenuous exercise for our dog?
A: Absolutely. Dogs love to run. I don’t, but I love taking dogs on a short/long run on my bicycle. It only takes a few moments to train the dog to run safely next to a bike and then off we go.
Q: Will you give treats to my dog?
A: Only with your permission. Before we take you on as a client we will discuss feeding, treats, medicine, and anything else your dog may need.
Q: Can I put my service on hold for a while?
A: Of course. Just give us a call. There’s no pressure here at Aníbal Den.
Q: Have you been bitten by a dog?
A: It comes with the job.
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: As of this moment we only take cash and checks. We are still working on accepting credit cards.
Q: What is your favorite breed of dog?
A: All of them!
Q: Do you walk dogs on the weekends?
A: Yes we do. For an extra charge, we’ll walk your dog any time.
